17 травня відбулося зовнішнє незалежне оцінювання з російської мови. На Херсонщині в цей день працював лише 1 пункт тестування – Херсонська загальноосвітня школа І-ІІІ ступенів №1, до якої з’їжджалися абітурієнти з усієї області. Громадянська мережа ОПОРА, яка відслідковує дотримання процедур проведення ЗНО у 16 областях України, делегувала свого представника і на цей пункт тестування.

Зовнішнє незалежне оцінювання з російської мови відзначилося низькою явкою абітурієнтів на пункти тестування. По Україні не з’явилося на перевірку знань близько 20% раніше зареєстрованих осіб. До прикладу, на Рівненщині зафіксовано явку на рівні 62,86%, в Івано-Франківській області - 68%. У Чернівецькій області, де явка склала 74,68%, спостерігачами було виявлено аудиторію, в які з чотирьох зареєстрованих учасників ЗНО з’явився лише один.

Вчора, 15 травня, іспитом з хімії розпочалася основна сесія зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання 2012 року. Представники Громадянської мережі ОПОРА спостерігали за дотриманням процедур ЗНО у 50% пунктах тестування у 16 регіонах України. Загалом ОПОРА позитивно оцінює організацію процесу перевірки знань, а також роботу персоналу, що безпосередньо забезпечує проведення тестувань. Що найважливіше –   спостерігачі не зафіксували жодного випадку завчасного розкриття контейнерів з тестовими завданнями, що унеможливило витік інформації про зміст тестів до моменту роботи над ними.

Сьогодні в Україні розпочалося зовнішнє незалежне оцінювання. Першим предметом, з якого випускники шкіл складали тести, стала хімія.

Завтра, 15 травня, в Україні розпочинається основна сесія зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання. Перший іспит, з якого складатимуть тестування абітурієнти цього року, є хімія, наступний – російська мова. Тестування, яке є обов’язковим для вступу на всі спеціальності вищих навчальних закладів – українська мова та література – проходитиме два дні (28 та 29 травня).

Профільне міністерство декларувало, що на добровільній основі до вересня цього року буде об’єднано до 50 вишів. Утім, бажання укрупнитися виникло в менш ніж половини анонсованих закладів.

Civil Network OPORA analyzed the draft “Terms of university admission for 2012" published by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine.

The proposition to raise the lowest passing score up to 162 points was aired on 5 September at the press-conference of the Lviv office of the CN OPORA concerning results of admission campaign in region. It was unofficial position of activists based on work experience gained in Lviv region.

Розгалужена система ВНЗ, а також ліцензовані МОНМСУ обсяги підготовки фахівців дозволили усім платоспроможним абітурієнтам у 2011 році вступити на будь-яку спеціальність. Єдиною умовою, окрім наявності коштів у батьків, був мінімальний прохідний бал.

Civil Network OPORA continues the publication of illustrative material to the thesis of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine on “the absence of recorded facts of bribery during the admission campaign 2011.

The press conference “Results of admission observation in 2011” took place on August, 17^th, 2011 at the press club "New Day".

On August 17 in expert club "Pure Politics" the representatives of Polissya Fund for International and Regional Studies held a press conference in the framework of the Chernihiv regional project "Public monitoring of 2011 admission campaign"

OPORA continues to track and analyze the quality of organization, transparency and fairness of admissions in 2011. Observers of the Network worked in 38 universities in Ukraine and responded to the messages of students and their parents about violations in other universities within 16 regions. OPORA also consulted students on legal aspects of the admission campaign, helping to resolve conflicts and misunderstandings, provided clarification on the legal grounds for action by members of admission committees through the hotline telephone and Internet.

On August 11 OPORA published the results of public observation during the admission of graduates during 2011 admission campaign. The OPORA observers worked in 38 universities in Ukraine and responded to the messages of students and their parents about violations in other universities within the 16 regions. OPORA also advised students on legal aspects of the admission process, helped to resolve conflicts and misunderstandings, provided clarification on the legal aspects of the actions of admission boards members through the hotline telephone and Internet. There were totally 2100 requests for free legal consultations to the organization.

Not so many days are left to the end of the university admission campaign in 2011. We are looking forward to the most important stage of the process that is the nomination. But we can draw first conclusions before the actual finish of the contest that will result either in receiving the student ID or one more year of waiting.
